How it works:

• Use the hand sanitizer before taking masks.

• Take a brown bag or two to store your masks when they are not in use.

• Option: take an information card to help you remember how to care for your mask.

• If you know your mask style and size, and it is there, help yourself.

• If you have a preferred mask and it is not stocked - email and request some.

Stock from Donate A Mask (sizes kids to large):

• Sample packs currently include seven masks with the masks provided from Donate A Mask. 

• Take a sample pack if you don't know your sizing  and then take multiples of the masks that fit best. Masks should fit with a good seal all the way around and be comfortable, not tight. Tighter does not ensure a good seal. Email for more information about booking fit testing. 

Stock usually in other drawers (see inventory details below):

• This includes the V-Flex (9105, 9105s), the Auras (1870+), and ear loop style masks in S and XS (kids) (Canadamasq CA-N95) and Moldex masks which have no metal, wearable during MRI scans.

• Take one of each of the masks you would like to check the fit on. Keep or dispose of this mask.

• Once you have an idea of what fits, take enough stock for a couple weeks of use. 

When possible, manufacturer information inserts from each mask type are at the station for on-site review (and available below)

All headband masks are NIOSH and/or Health Canada certified - certification is not available for ear loop masks

NIOSH certified masks meet breathing resistance targets of 42 CFR (Inhalation < 35 mmH2O Exhalation < 25 mmH2O)

All masks are latex free
